Jack owned and operated retail electronics specialty stores and home furnishings department stores for over 33 years, starting in downtown Brooklyn's Fulton Mall. His family owned several retail stores on Fulton Street which led to Jack’s interest in the retail industry.
Jack begun his Real Estate career in 2010 for a major brokerage firm in New York and sold multifamily, mixed use and retail properties in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens and Long Island. He has also negotiated and leased prime retail properties in Downtown Brooklyn, Fulton Street, Avenue U near Kings Plaza, Church Ave and in the Bronx.
After 10 years of selling investment properties and residential properties and working and analyzing assemblages & development sites, Jack has brought his expertise to create a new firm located in Brooklyn. Specializing in investment properties, residential luxury homes, apartment rentals, and Condo sales.

Richard was born and raised in Mill Basin, Brooklyn and went to Brooklyn College, and was a United States Marine. He worked as a Property Manager for Esquire Management managing six buildings and a 312 unit Co-Op. In addition , he also has a Paralegal Certificate.
He interacted with owners and expedited violations with city agencies.
He gives back to the community by volunteering as a guitar teacher at Our Place, a help center.
Richard's goal is to make sure the clients best interest is represented. Richard's niche is the multifamily, mixed use, and commercial properties in the five boroughs.

David attended Rabbinical Collage for the past 11 years, majoring in Talmudic studies. During his studies he worked in sales for a ladies accessory company , and was successful in bringing in some major accounts.
