Jack A. Cohen

Jack A. Cohen is the Founder and Principal Broker of JA Cohen Advisory Group LLC. Before entering real estate, Jack spent over 33 years owning and operating retail electronics and home furnishings businesses, beginning in Downtown Brooklyn’s Fulton Mall. His extensive retail background gives him a unique understanding of commercial properties from both an owner’s and investor’s perspective. Since beginning his real estate career in 2010, Jack has built extensive experience in investment sales, development opportunities, retail, mixed-use properties, and apartment buildings across Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, the Bronx, and Long Island. He has also negotiated retail leases throughout some of New York City’s prominent commercial corridors. Today, Jack brings his decades of business and real estate experience to JA Cohen Advisory Group, providing owners, buyers, developers, and investors with knowledgeable, strategic guidance focused on identifying opportunities and maximizing property value.
